1. Launch Media Converter (Start>Programs>Media Converter for Philips)
2. Select Menu>Extras in Media Converter menu (top right)
3. Check version of software at bottom right of the splash screen

3. Select country
4. Enter model number
5. Click - Software under Product Support
6. Select language under Media Converter Software
7. Download the file to your PC.
8. Unzip & run setup.exe to start installing
