After download please extract the program, run the firmware update tool and follow the instructions on screen.
First time users only.
First time users are advised to upgrade the firmware, without going through the setup.
To do this please follow these instructions:
Do not follow this procedure when you have an existing setup. Doing so will erase all your settings.

1. Keep both the Page button () and Home button () pressed while activating the RC9800i.
2. Wait 30 seconds. After 30 seconds you will be presented with the Firmware update screen on the RC9800i.
3. Now follow the instructions on the screen.
